Regan & Carter visit Alfie Spooner (a crook) at his demolition firm, and then chase him out and round the corner, down Uverdale Road.
The street sign is clearly visible as Spooner and Carter run past it. Carter loses him when they reach Burnaby Street.
This location is also used in Money Money Money, where The Squad ambush a blackmailer in his car.

When Lukey Sparrow is chased by Stan Rudd and his cronies, they run past Boxmoor House (the sign is visible in the episode).
Boxmoor House is part of the Edward Wood Estate in Hammersmith.
The modern day photo shown here is from a different angle to the original Sweeney shot, although the actual landscape has not really changed since the 70s.
